SECCION 2 – SECTION 2 / HOTELES – HOTELS

Los precios están expresados en dólares americanos y son por habitación y por noche, con desayuno, e impuestos incluidos. Las mismas están sujetas a confirmación. Todas las reservas de alojamiento de hotel deberán acompañarse con los datos de una tarjeta de crédito VISA o MASTERCARD, con el fin de garantizar y asegurar su reserva. Una vez recibido el formulario completo, cada participante recibirá una primera confirmación. Como fecha límite, el 18 de septiembre de 2010, se exigirá el pago completo de esta reserva. Anteriormente se enviará una nota resumen con el monto adeudado. Una vez autorizado el cobro total de su reserva recibirá una segunda nota de confirmación de sus servicios y los vouchers correspondientes. En el caso de no cancelar su reserva, o de arribar uno o varios días más tarde a la fecha seleccionada, se le cobrará una noche de no show.

Recomendaciones: 1) Su correo electrónico será el medio de comunicación, ponga cuidado al escribirlo. Toda esta información es válida para Buenos Aires y Rosario.

SECCION 4 – SECTION 4 / TRASLADOS AEROPUERTOS – AIRPORTS TRANSFERS

Todos los traslados desde el aeropuerto de arribo a Buenos Aires hasta el hotel seleccionado en Rosario, así como los traslados desde el Hotel en Rosario, hacia el aeropuerto de salida, tienen costo para el participante del congreso. Si lo desea solicitar debe indicar claramente la compañía aérea seleccionada, vuelos de llegada y partida, origen y destino, horarios, número de personas. Esta información debe ser presentada antes del 30 (treinta) de septiembre de 2010. Una vez pasada esa fecha no se prestarán los servicios indicados. Nota: Bs Aires tiene dos aeropuertos internacionales 1) Ministro Pistarini Ezeiza 2) Aeroparque. Seleccione uno.

All transfers from airport arrival at Buenos Aires to the hotel in Rosario, as well as transfers from the Hotel in Rosario, to the airport of departure, cost to the participant of the congress.
